The best photos are well-lit, in focus, and taken close to the subject with a clean background. For portraits and pets, face the camera directly with even natural light. Avoid blurry shots, heavy shadows, busy backgrounds, sunglasses, and low-resolution screenshots. Recommended minimum resolution is 1000×1000 pixels, but 2000×2000 or higher delivers the sharpest detail.

We offer five standard sizes: 8×10 in (20×25 cm), 12×16 in (30×40 cm), 16×20 in (40×50 cm), 20×24 in (50×60 cm), and 24×32 in (60×80 cm). The 16×20 in size is our best seller — large enough to capture facial detail but easy to finish in 8–12 hours. For multiple subjects or full-body pet portraits, we recommend 20×24 in or larger.

Total delivery time is typically 7–14 business days: 1–2 days for design and proofing, 2–3 days for printing and quality control, and 3–9 days for shipping depending on your location. Because each kit is custom-made from your photo, we don't offer returns for change of mind.
